BGC helps businesses in Canada explore financing through independent third-party funding partners. BGC is not a direct lender. Our advertised financing categories are Working Capital Financing, Business Line of Credit, Business Term Loans, Purchase Order Financing, and Inventory Financing. The website intake range is CAD $30,000 to $5,000,000; it is not a promise that a particular amount or product will be offered.

You agree to provide information you are authorized to disclose and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We review applications internally and may choose to refer a request to selected funding partners. Subject to applicable consent requirements, the full application may be shared, including contact details, business information, financial ranges, and the self-reported credit-score range. Selected partners may contact you directly. BGC does not automatically circulate applications to every lender in its network.

Submitting information does not guarantee eligibility, approval, rates, timelines, financing availability, or any particular terms. Third-party funding partners make their own underwriting and financing decisions. Examples and educational information on the website are general in nature and are not personalized legal, accounting, or financial advice. Review any financing agreement carefully before signing.

BGC's compensation varies by transaction. Depending on the arrangement, compensation or fees may be paid by a funding partner, an applicant, or another applicable party. Any fees or charges applicable to a proposed transaction should be identified in its relevant written disclosures or agreement before you accept that transaction. Do not assume a service is free unless it is specifically described as free.

The website asks for a self-reported credit-score range. That question does not authorize BGC to obtain a credit report. A funding partner may request separate authorization as part of its review.

BGC may contact you about your financing inquiry using the contact details you provide. A selected funding partner may also contact you if we refer your inquiry. Submitting an application is not, by itself, enrollment in promotional SMS marketing.

Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. Third-party funding partners, lender portals, and other linked websites may have their own legal terms and privacy practices.

We aim to keep the website accurate and operational but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information will always be current. Do not misuse the site, submit fraudulent information, or attempt to interfere with its security. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
